Exercise: Single Leg Step Down

Proper Steps:

Start by placing a platform directly beside you (can vary in height).
Place the foot nearest to the platform directly on top balancing yourself with one leg
Tighten the core, slightly hinge the hips, and preferably pick up the toe when accenting down on one leg. (note: you can stretch your arms in front of you to help counterbalance your weight or you can hold up to a 10-pound plate/dumbbell in front of you)
Once the heal or whole foot has taped the ground come back up and repeat.
