Sit with strong posture and a dumbbell in one hand, palm facing up
Rest your elbow on your thigh and let your wrist hang off the edge
Allow your wrists to extend so that the bar is hanging in your fingertips and your knuckles touch your shins
Curl the weight by bringing your fingers towards the inside of your forearms before lowering with control
