Proper Steps:

Begin in an athletic stance, perpendicular to a wall or partner with a MB held at chest height
Keeping your hips low, 
Shuffle thrice toward the wall by springing of your rear foot, and reaching with your lead each step
Drive off your rear foot and chest-pass the MB at the wall with your rear hand
