Proper Steps:

Begin lying on your back with 3 points of contact: Your head, shoulder blades, and back of waistband
Brace your core and drive your belly button into the floor behind you
Hold a MB between your hands and knees
Drive one hand and same side knee into the MB and maintain tension
With the other hand and leg, extend both to tap the floor once before returning to the starting position
Alternate and repeat evenly on both sides
