Proper Steps:

-Rack barbell in front rack position
-Squat down until your thighs reach parallel with the ground
-Heels should remain on the floor throughout the motion
-Maintain as vertical of a spine as possible
-Focus the weight in the center of your foot, or at the front edge of the heel
-Stand up and drive the weight back up to the starting position 
-Maintain a vertical spine
