Proper Steps:
-Hinge back at the hips bringing your trunk is parallel to the floor -Without bracing your other hand on something row the dumbbell until it makes contact with your ribs -Make sure to feel your arm slide against your side as you are rowing (i.e., keep arm tight to side) -Pause for a split second and then return back to the starting position -Repeat for desired number of repetitions
