This yoga class will give everyone the space to relax and open up in a way that soothes muscles and releases minds. With its slower pace, this class will keep everyone supported and safe while we connect with our breath and body. Class times and capacity reflect physical distancing guidelines. All patrons will receive a confirmation email upon registration with detailed protocols that everyone must follow. It is recommended that high-risk patrons stay home to stay healthy. We appreciate your cooperation. All fitness classes will STILL happen on March 17 and April 13 (School days-off for students). FITNESS SCHEDULE The Spring 2021 Session 2 fitness class schedule for both in-person and online classes will run March 15 to May 2. We will also hold FREE classes for Sweat the Stress, May 3-7; prior, separate registration from Session 2 is required. The Sweat the Stress schedule will become available April 12. See urec.wsu.edu/fitness for details. All regularly scheduled and special event in-person classes, except Taekwondo, are open to only students and members at this time. All online classes remain FREE to members and non-members with a WSU NID. PICK-2 DISCOUNT Purchase ANY two in-person classes and receive $10 off your purchase! Classes must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount. SPECIAL EVENTS We will be offering FREE fitness classes varying in format as part of university events, including the Disability Awareness Symposium from March 29-April 2 and Family Weekend from April 9-11. Registration will be open for these events at the bottom of the webpage at urec.wsu.edu/fitness.
