This low-intensity yoga class will leave everyone feeling rejuvenated and peaceful. We focus on flexibility and mindfulness by using movement to increase awareness in both mind and body. With an extended warm up, cool down, and stretching portion, this class is a great option for beginners! (Note: This class is open to non-members. Non-members will receive access to the facility for class.) Interested in in-person options? Try our Session 3 Fitness Pass for $15! Back for Summer 2021? Keep your conditioning levels up and gain access to all fitness classes August 2-15. Session 3 Fitness Pass includes access to CougStrong classes. Try out any class for one great price! Please note that all classes will be held at the Chinook in fitness rooms 20, 22, 30, and B40. The SRC will not be open August 1-7 due to the annual SRC Closed Week. Chinook will not be open on August 8. Week of Welcome begins Monday, August 16. All Access Week will begin Monday, August 23 and will feature FREE Fall Session 1 classes.
