Description

Washington State University CrossFit is pleased to present our seventh annual functional fitness competition, the Palouse Throwdown VII. Based on past feedback, this year's event will be a same-gender partner competition! The event will take place on Saturday, April 1 at the Chinook Student Center Lower Weight Room (B40 and B50), starting with Check-In at 8:45:00 AM, Athletes' Meeting at 9:00 AM, and competition at 10:00 AM. This registration is for teams performing in the Scaled division. If signing up in this division, you should be able to complete the following: -Power Cleans (115) -Single Under Jump Rope -Devil Presses (30) -Dumbbell Thrusters (35) -Double Dumbbell Swing (35) -Shoulder to Overhead (115) -Compete a Snatch/Power Snatch -Front Squat (115) More information on events will be released in Mid-December 2022.
