Description

Washington State University CrossFit is pleased to present the Palouse Throwdown VII! Our Adaptive Division will involve individual events, not teams. The event will take place on Saturday, April 1 at the Chinook Student Center Lower Weight Room (B40 and B50), starting with Check-In at 8:45:00 AM, Athletes' Meeting at 9:00 AM, and competition at 10:00 AM. This registration is for individual athletes performing in the ADAPTIVE Division. If signing up in this division, we will contact you regarding your disability so we can appropriately provide event adaptations. We welcome all athletes with disabilities to join, including: -Upper Extremity -Lower Extremity -Seated Athletes with Hip Function -Seated Athletes without Hip Function -Neuromuscular -Vision -Intellectual -Short Stature All participants are guaranteed at least 3 workouts.
