Description

In this introductory course, we will learn self-defense techniques, including strikes, situational escapes, and equipment practice for pepper spray and key bar. Due to potential stressors, additional support and resources will be available on site. Note: Family can come for free with no prior registration. Students must register ahead of time to bring one family member.
