In this low-intensity yoga class, we will modify and conduct all poses and stretches while seated, making this a great option for beginners or those needing additional support. We will work to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness and complete our yoga practice feeling resilient and refreshed. Class times and capacity reflect physical distancing guidelines. All patrons will receive an email upon registration with detailed protocols that everyone must follow. It is recommended that high-risk patrons stay home to stay healthy. We appreciate your cooperation. The Fall Session 2 fitness class schedule will run October 19 to November 22. Please note that fitness classes will STILL run as scheduled on Veterans Day, November 11. However, there will be NO classes during Thanksgiving Break from November 23-29. ONLINE CLASSES: All online classes are FREE to members and non-members. If you registered for online classes for Session 2, you do not need to register again for Session 3, which will run November 30-December 13. Registration for in-person classes will remain separate and required for Session 3.
