Based on the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity, CougStrong involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities. We will work to set a solid foundation, increase knowledge of fundamental exercises, and improve work capacity, strength, and endurance. As a broad, general, and inclusive fitness format for all fitness levels and experiences, CougStrong workouts at UREC consider any physical or unknown contingency! Class times and capacity reflect physical distancing guidelines. All patrons will receive an email upon registration with detailed protocols that everyone must follow. It is recommended that high-risk patrons stay home to stay healthy. We appreciate your cooperation. The Fall Session 3 fitness class schedule will run November 30 to December 13.
