Description

Washington State University CrossFit is pleased to present our seventh annual functional fitness competition, the Palouse Throwdown VII. Based on past feedback, this year's event will be a same-gender partner competition! The event will take place on Saturday, April 1 at the Chinook Student Center Lower Weight Room (B40 and B50), starting with Check-In at 8:45:00 AM, Athletes' Meeting at 9:00 AM, and competition at 10:00 AM. This registration is for Women's teams performing in the RX division. If signing up in this division, you should be able to complete the following: -Power Cleans (105) -Double Unders -Devil Presses (30) -Double Kettlebell Thrusters (35) -Double Kettlebell Swing (35) -Shoulder to Overhead (105) -Compete a Snatch/Power Snatch -Front Squat (105) -Bar Muscle Up More information on events will be released in Mid-December 2022.
