Join one of our U-Fit trainers to learn all about the U-Fit 4.0 Challenge. We will discuss timeline, rules/requirements, the program, the essay, prizes and more! Additionally, we will provide an opportunity for competitors to obtain baseline measurements. Assessments will include: *Body Composition Testing *Cardiovascular Testing *Muscular Endurance Power Testing *Muscular Power Testing UREC will offer an end of program check-in where you can reassess each one of these measurements to assess your progress throughout the program.
