Plyometric Power
This workshop will demonstrate the benefits of plyometrics. Plyometric training is designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system. For this workshop we will demonstrate how to use plyo boxes, medicine balls, and your own body weight for the correct use of plyometrics. The plyometric workshop will target legs, abs, chest, and back. Whether you are looking for impovement in sports, or just want some more explosive power added into your regimen, Plyometric Power will take your training to the next level.
