Body Weight Boot Camp

Body weight Boot Camp, is a workout free of weights and machines. Unique bodyweight exercises will be taught so you can add them to your ordinary pushups, crunches, and lunges. Body weight workouts, can build amazing strength, superb fitness, bulk muscles, help loose weight, improve your sporting performance and increase your health and energy. What ever your training goal, you will find the answer training the natural way. You can use these exercise to workout anywhere, anytime by using your own body as the resistance. You can choose from many exercises you will learn in this workshop and get a great workout in your dorm, apartment, or house in a short amount of time. Come find new ways to train, the natural way. .
