National Trails Day: Clean-Up and Climb

Granite Point is a local rock climbing site located on the beautiful Snake River. We will begin by cleaning up this beautiful area to make it a better place for all to enjoy. This is a great trip for beginners to get out and learn something new, and for our more experienced climbers to meet some new climbing partners. This fun day trip will begin by learning the basics such as putting on a harness, knot tying, learning the TBUS belay system, and general safety.

Trip rating is level 1. No experience necessary! Trip cost includes; all climbing equipment such as climbing shoes, harness, ropes, belay devices, transportation, instruction, and an Adventure Facilitator (food is NOT included so bring a snack, a lunch, and water).

Cancellation Policy:
In order to minimize our environmental impact, maintain facilitator-to-participant ratios, meet permit criteria, and transportation logistics, ORC trips are often programmed for small groups (typically up to 6 participants with 2 facilitators). Late cancellations can seriously impact our ability to accommodate others and recover costs.
• Cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the registration deadline will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the registration deadline receive 50% refund.
• Sorry, no refunds are given past the registration deadline.
