Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in the 42nd annual WSU Ski and Gear Swap. Registration will open October 24, 2016. Please feel free to contact the Ski Swap coordinators with any specific questions.

Individuals Selling Equipment (Non-Vendors)

Individuals wishing to sell equipment must bring items to the Hollingberry Fieldhouse on December 2, between 2:30-5:30 p.m. A charge of $1.00 per item for sale is required to enter merchandise into the Swap. If the merchandise sells, a fee of 20% will be assessed.

Unsold equipment and checks may be picked up the week following the event at the Outdoor Recreation Center between 12:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Items and checks not picked up by Friday, December 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. will be considered abandoned and donated.

The Outdoor Recreation Center will be handling sales tax on all sales. Sales tax will be charged to the customer on top of the set sales price. The Outdoor Recreation Center will collect the tax and pay it to the state office.

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Vendor Information and Registration

If you plan on selling gear at ski swap, you are considered a vendor. Vendors will be charged a flat rate of $50 plus 15% of all sales.  Vendors can register by contacting Callie Metzner at 509-335-2651 by November 18th at 5pm.  Payment of $50 will be taken over the phone at the time of registration.  Table reservations will also be taken at this time. 

**Vendors will be able to set up their gear beginning at NOON on December 2, 2016.

Exhibitor Information and Registration

Note to Exhibitors: Registering as an exhibitor means you plan only to exhibit information, and you may not sell any items, including lift tickets. If you wish to display or exhibit information about your organization, you may reserve table space for $75.  This includes up to 2 tables, 2 chairs, and a 2 day parking permit. Electrical services is available for computers and displays upon request.  Please register by calling Callie Metzner at 509-335-2651 by November 18th at 5pm.


The organizers reserve the right to refuse any equipment for sale that is obviously damaged or in an unsafe condition. Skis, boots, poles, accessories, clothing, general outdoor recreational equipment, and sporting goods in good working order are acceptable for sale items. Vendors assume responsibility for condition and safety of items supplied. A list of current indemnified bindings will be made available during the ski and gear swap.

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
