How to Register for IM Leagues and Tournaments 

Create an account for IM Leagues

  1. Go to IMLeagues.com
  2. Click Create an Account (top right-hand corner of the screen). 
  3. Select Washington State University under "select your school"
  4. Sign in with your Network ID. Only @wsu.edu or @email.wsu.edu will be accepted as domains for your email address.
  5. You should automatically be joined to Washington State University. If not, you can search for schools and join accordingly.

Create a Team

  1. Log in to your IMLeagues account.
  2. Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page OR Click on the "Washington State University" link to go to your school's homepage on IMLeagues.
    1. The current sports will be displayed; click on the sport you wish to join.
    2. Choose the league in which you'd like to play (Men's, Coed, Women's, Sorority, etc.).
    3. Choose the day/time on which you'd like to play (Sunday 7:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 p.m., etc.).
  3. Managers can invite members to their team by clicking the "Invite Members" link on the team page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to the team.
    1. If the person has already registered on IMLeagues: search for their name, and invite them.
    2. If the person has not yet registered on IMLeagues: scroll down to the "Invite by Email Address" box, and input their email address.
  4. *Managers are responsible for accepting and adding players to their rosters.

Accept Request to Join a Team

  1. Use the Create/Join Team Button at the top right of every page, or
  2. Accept a request from the manager to join their team, or
  3. Find the team and captain name on division/league page and request to join, or
  4. Go to the manager's player card page, view their team, and request to join.
  5. *Managers are responsible for accepting and adding players to their rosters.

Register as a Free Agent to find a team

Do you want to play, but don't have a team? Register as a Free Agent!

A Free Agent is a WSU student who wishes to participate in an IM team activity and is not currently a member of a team. Teams may add players to their roster throughout the season, provided that they have not played for another team in the same sport and division.

  1. Locate the sport and league/division that you would like to play in
  2. Click the green, Register/Sign Up button, located on the top right of every sport page
  3. Select Free Agent
  4. Submit your Free Agent Registration
