Spring 2019 Session 2 Fitness Classes

Registration for Spring 2019 Session 2 fitness classes is open February 18-March 31. Spring Session 2 classes will run March 4-April 28. FREE classes April 29-May 4 for Sweat the Stress. Register for classes online here!

NOTE: SRC members are eligible to purchase fitness classes at the Chinook. Additionally, Chinook members are eligible to purchase classes at the SRC. Class prices are increased to accommodate access to the facility.

Become a Fitness Instructor!

Our Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) course has been underway since January 14, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00 pm at the SRC Classroom 144. Get your sweat on for FREE before the weekend starts! A membership or a day/guest pass is required to participate in classes located at the Chinook, SRC and Down Under.

Fitness Class Refund Policy

With receipt or proof of purchase, a full refund given within 6 days after the start of class, 50% refund within 13 days after the start of class.  No refund will be given after 13 days of the start of class. Additionally, to keep costs low, all classes are assessed for cancellation at the end of the first week of the session.  Participants in classes with low enrollment will be given the option of a full refund or transfer into another class.

  1st Monday of each month: 6:30-7:30am SRC 142
  1st Tuesday/Wednesday† of each month: 5:30-7:00pm SRC 142
 †Wednesday Body Composition Testing is held at the Chinook.
