Spring 2018 Registration: Session 1 Now Open

Registration for Spring Session 1 began on December 1. Spring Session 1 classes will run from January 15-March 4. All Spring Session 1 Fitness classes are FREE during All Access Week, January 8-14. View the Spring Session 1 Fitness class offerings below for the Chinook, the Student Recreation Center and Shared Facility locations. NOTE: SRC members are eligible to purchase fitness classes at the Chinook. Class prices are increased to accommodate access to the facility for the class.

Schwinn Indoor Cycling MPower with Power Certification

Get certified in the fitness industry’s most respected and progressive indoor cycling instructor-training course! In one power-packed day you’ll get the tools you need to become a successful and sought-after instructor on any bike with an emphasis on learning a simple construct for teaching classes with measurement using the Schwinn MPower Echelon2 Power Console that displays power, mph, distance, RPM, heart rate, calories and time. This critically-acclaimed certification also includes bike fit, cycling science, class design, music, and the Schwinn® Cycling Coach’s Pyramid, a specialized system that makes teaching simple for you and an incredible experience for your students. Pink Gloves Boxing Training Camp

Training Camps are a grueling, challenging, and fun experience where attendees learn:
• Proper boxing form and technique
• How to hold boxing mitts
• Advanced punch combinations (this is a ton of fun!)
• How to successfully run a Pink Gloves Boxing program & PGB Certification

BARRE Above®: Prime Certification Instructor Training

 Admittance to 8-hr Live In-Person Barre above™ Instructor Certification with Master Trainer Angela Yochum. Includes CECs and Instructor Certification Materials provided on certification date at location. Attendee is certified to teach Barre above™ and Barre fusion classes upon completion of 8-Hr Day.
