In-person fitness classes resume JANUARY 11 with new guidelines from the Governor:
  • All patrons must wear facial coverings during in-person fitness classes.
  • All in-person classes must be under 60 minutes. Start times will remain the same.
  • Some class locations for All Access Week and Session 1 have changed as to not reduce class capacity. Locations for Week of Welcome classes will remain the same.

This 40-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cycling class will consist of a 5-minute warm up, 30-minute heart-pumping intervals, and 5-minute cool down with stretching. Participants can control their intensity individually while the instructor leads the class through simulated terrain accompanied by great tunes and energy pumping drills. Designed just for women, learn the basics of weight training and the healthy benefits that adding muscle can do for you in this 7 week course. Taekwondo is one of the world's most popular martial art forms. Hailing from Korea, this combative sport focuses heavily on kicks, jumping, and spinning. Taught by a certified black belt instructor, we integrate all aspects of this dynamic martial art including full-body conditioning and mental development. Warrior Fitness Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to teach fitness fundamentals that have been used by military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders! This fitness class will focus on high intensity body weight cardio, calisthenics, endurance training and body conditioning. The course will emphasize kettlebells, climbing and battle ropes, gymnastics, mobility drills, stair runs, buddy carries, speed drills, and sled pushes. All designed to develop teamwork and camaraderie within the group. Each Warrior Fitness Training course will be conducted by a certified Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Pole Fit takes concepts from barre, yoga, and Pilates and utilizes them in a way to build strength and empowerment on a pole. Warrior Fitness Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to teach fitness fundamentals that have been used by military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders! This fitness class will focus on high intensity body weight cardio, calisthenics, endurance training and body conditioning. The course will emphasize kettlebells, climbing and battle ropes, gymnastics, mobility drills, stair runs, buddy carries, speed drills, and sled pushes. All designed to develop teamwork and camaraderie within the group.
