UFit 4.0
UFit 4.0: Begins January 22
U-Fit4.0 is a free fitness program created by Cougs, for Cougs. By completing the program and submitting an essay at its conclusion, participants will qualify to win a prize.
Besides accountability and support, the U-Fit 4.0 exercise program provides weekly workout routines that are targeted towards work capacity, heart rate, range of motion at all major joints, and overall strength. The program will fit any consistent diet plan, whether your goal is to maintain your weight, build muscle or improve fitness.
UFit Informational Sessions & Initial Assessments
If you have questions, attend a UFit 4.0 orientation session. We will discuss timeline, rules and requirements, the program, essay, prizes and more! This is also a chance for competitors to obtain baseline measurements. Assessments will include body composition testing, cardiovascular fitness assessments, muscular endurance testing, and muscular power assessments. We will offer these assessments again at the end of the U-Fit 4.0 challenge to help you track your progress concerning these various markers. See below for dates of the orientation sessions. Free InBody composition scans included in the info sessions!
