Fitness and mental health are two fundamental aspects of our lives that we often overlook. Typically, these aspects can become challenging to focus on, considering commitments to your profession, family, and social life. That's why I would love to help guide you on a path to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle that incorporates mental and physical health. I will help guide you, giving you everything I have on my end to set you up for success; however, it is up to you to utilize them in your personal life.

With my experience training Division 1 teams, the elderly population, just under two years of personal training experience, and four knee surgeries, I believe there is no client that I am not capable of helping. Exercise is for everyone. With my experience, I can guide you to reaching your physical exercise goals. However, the engine can't run without willpower. I will be there with you throughout the journey of understanding what must be sacrificed within the moment to get to where you want to be. However, it is your job to do the work!

I am a personal trainer because I enjoy helping others reach their goals. When I began my fitness journey, I would get anxious about the unknown within training.  I want to help YOU get to where you want to be, knowing that each step is a step in the right direction.

As your personal trainer, my mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals from wherever you're starting or picking up from, using a wholistic and science-based practice, as I have seen great success with these methods in my previous clients. Angela Jaco

Personal Trainer

From a young age, I faced challenges with body dysmorphia and eating disorders. After years of dedication and hard work, I discovered a deep love for my body and developed a passion for
health and wellness. It was through group fitness classes and the support of a wonderful high school volleyball coach that I learned to prioritize strength, well-being, and overall health over
mere appearance.
For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of working as a UREC group fitness instructor, where I teach Pink Gloves Boxing, Kickboxing, and Pilates. My goal is to create an environment
where everyone feels strong and confident in themselves. I have experience working with individuals ranging from 19 to 60+, and I am dedicated to helping you find what inspires you to
work out.
I believe that exercise is not just about physical strength, but also about mental resilience and inner strength. I want to help you uncover your own inner strength and teach you how to use it
both in and out of the gym. Together, we can build personalized programs that you'll look forward to, helping you become the best version of yourself

Rylie Jessee

Personal Trainer

I grew up playing basketball and running track. In my experience in track I was able to learn how to weightlift and that is where I fell in love with the weight room. Throughout my sports career I came to understand the importance of fitness and love the science behind it. I learned so much about ways to use the skills and improvements in the weight room and apply it to my performance in athletics. Throughout this valuable experience, I gained the valuable skill of pacing myself.

I most enjoy helping clients fall in love with the fitness process and teaching the "why's" of exercise. Being able to get other people excited to be active is something I have greatly fallen in love wit hand will always be my favorite thing about being in the field of exercise and health. Being afraid to go to the weight room and try new things is something I am very familiar with and I use this as a strength when working with my clients. Additionally, I love getting clients to build their self-confidence and love who they are. I want them to learn that I am here for them and to help them build that confidence and love and ability for physical activity.

Tanner Mitchell

Personal Trainer

I first fell in love with training people in my junior year of high school. My head strength and conditioning coach at the time would often leave me in charge of looking after my fellow peers' workout plans and making sure they understand the excises and finish all workouts assigned. When I would look at the workouts my coach designed for them, I was so intrigued by the precision for every athlete and reasoning why he targeted every muscle he did. After high school, I began dwelling more and more into fitness until I decided to become a personal trainer and share my love for fitness with other people.

I especially have loved coaching younger athletes as well as high school athletes in the Tri-Cities area, which has helped me grow as a trainer to meet a wider spectrum of clients and not just stay in a certain age group. My main goal as a personal trainer is to break barriers with my clients and help them achieve triumphs, which they never thought possible. Let me help you become the best version of yourself inside and outside of the gym.

Steven Pettengill

Personal Trainer

After losing seventy pounds, I firmly believe that movement is medicine as I've learned a lot about what my body can do and how amazing moving our bodies is. I wrestled and trained in jui-jitsu in the past, but when I worked with personal trainers and had more guidance, it helped me become more proficient and consistent in the gym and helped me place movement as a priority in my life. I want to help you achieve your goals, using my knowledge, background, and experience, while also giving you the tools and knowledge so you know why were doing what we are doing so you can apply it for life.

I understand that it can be intimidating stepping into the gym for the first time, as I was when I did, so I want to make sure you're not only achieving your goals but also feeling safe and comfortable. I will ensure you feel included and welcomed within the gym space to create a positive relationship with fitness and wellness for you to achieve those goals. One of the many things that make me enthusiastic about training is being able to not only teach but also learn from you since everyone is unique. Let's learn and grow together!

Isaiah Townsend

Personal Trainer

By seeing the height of what the body can do through sports on the TV or at a big game we can admire the great things humans are capable of. In turn, by using some of the same training methods these athletes use, we can enable our own bodies to move, feel, and even look a little more like theirs. The part I love the most is that this type of training isn’t exclusive only to those who play sports. With the right accommodations and adjustments, anyone can train like an athlete.

As an athlete, I believe that training like one will get you the ability, mobility, and healthy relationship with your body that we all strive for. For the past 5 years, I have gained experience, training, and knowledge from 2 different strength and conditioning coaches, several personal trainers and physical therapists, athletic trainers, and even pro athletes. This has given me a wide outlook on the training, rehabilitation, and high-level performance of the body.

Ella Young

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

I’ve been in love with sports and exercise pretty much my whole life. I started with gymnastics and soccer and eventually ventured out into volleyball, basketball, and track. My sophomore year of high school I started going to the gym and really learning about weightlifting, the science behind it all, and how beneficial it can be to your life. It wasn’t until my junior year when I got the opportunity to coach my school's junior high volleyball team that I realized that I loved coaching and that it is something I want to make a career out of.

Along with coaching volleyball, I’ve also coached track and field and gymnastics. Coaching many different athletes in a variety of sports has helped me grow as a coach and trainer to be able to meet, help, and care for a wide range of clients and their needs. My main goals as a personal trainer are to help my clients overcome any challenges they are facing, help them become more confident in themselves and their abilities, and aid them in reaching their goals.
