Sweat the Stress: May 5 - 9
Attend free fitness classes during finals week to help bust stress! Exercise (and fun!) are proven to aid concentration and memory. Find options in the Student Recreation Center and Chinook Student Center. Registration is required to participate in Sweat the Stress events, you can register below by selecting the class you'd like to join.
Not a UREC member? Purchase a day pass at the front desk or view membership options.

Whoever your Coug Family is, celebrate Family Weekend with University Recreation! Find the full calendar of events at family.wsu.edu.
Free SRC & Chinook Access
Students, bring your family to the SRC or Chinook during Family Weekend for free. Just have them sign in at the membership desk when you arrive and have them experience all the great amenities available to you. If your family members plan to use our facilities while you are at class or work, they can purchase a day pass or special event weekend pass.

To celebrate Family Weekend and as part of UREC's Free FriYAY Fitness classes we invite you to our CougCycle: Throwbacks Edition!
CougCycle is a high-energy, music-based spin class that focuses on the experience, and not the performance on the bike. Have fun and dance the night away one elbow drop at a time.
This is a cardio focused indoor cycling class appropriate for all levels of fitness, no experience is required. The workout is done entirely on the bike, you may set your own resistance, speed, and intensity levels.

Located only 30 minutes from WSU’s campus, the Snake River is perhaps one of the most well-known and scenic rivers in the entire United States. Come enjoy everything this beautiful place has to offer while you explore the river -- either in your own kayak or in a tandem kayak for some extra family bonding. One registration = one seat in a boat!

Join us on Saturday, April 18th from 10am-12pm at the Student Recreation Center Court 1 for a Family Weekend Dodgeball tournament! Before or after your games, grab some donuts that will be provided and watch the rest of the action!
