In-person fitness classes resume JANUARY 11 with new guidelines from the Governor:
All patrons must wear facial coverings during in-person fitness classes.
All in-person classes must be under 60 minutes. Start times will remain the same.
Some class locations for All Access Week and Session 1 have changed as to not reduce class capacity. Locations for Week of Welcome classes will remain the same.

UREC for All: Our Commitment
We commit to empowering our students and community members to succeed through equitable support and engaging programming. We foster an inclusive climate that enables all to thrive.
We welcome everyone to participate in our group fitness classes. Our program provides diverse opportunities to the WSU community through over 180 classes per week in 45 unique formats. We train our instructors to ensure equitable, positive experiences that fit various exercise needs and incorporate all fitness levels and experiences.
Accessibility: University Recreation values providing programs and activities that are accessible. We are proud to provide equipment and programming that creates an inclusive environment and makes every reasonable effort to be accessible to everyone. Spring 2021 Session 1: Registration Opens December 5
Registration is required; schedule subject to change. We appreciate everyone's cooperation as we follow and enforce our COVID-19 protocols for a safe yet fun in-person experience for all. An updated summary of these protocols will be updated soon!
All fitness classes will still happen on January 18 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), February 15 (Presidents’ Day), February 25, March 17, and April 13 (School days-off for students).

IN-PERSON CLASSES & ALL ACCESS WEEK
The Spring 2021 Session 1 fitness class schedule for in-person classes will run January 25-March 14. All in-person classes are FREE during All Access Week, January 18-24; prior, separate registration from Session 1 is required. For registration for All Access Week classes, click here. FREE FITNESS FRIYAY
Every Friday (beginning January 22) we will be offering FREE fitness classes varying in format, both online and in person at the SRC. In-person FriYAY classes are limited to members at this time; prior registration per patron is required at the bottom of this page.

FREE Special Event Fitness Classes
Join us for a variety of fun fitness classes! We have FREE online and in-person options at the Student Recreation Center. Non-members with a WSU NID will be able to join online classes but will need to purchase a membership to access the facility for in-person classes. Registration is required; no drop-ins currently permitted. The Zoom links for online classes will be emailed upon registration.
