This low-intensity yoga class will leave everyone feeling rejuvenated and peaceful. We focus on flexibility and mindfulness by using movement to increase awareness in both mind and body. With an extended warm up, cool down, and stretching portion, this class is a great option for beginners! (Note: This class is open to non-members. Non-members will receive access to the facility for class.) Class times and capacity reflect physical distancing guidelines. All patrons will receive a confirmation email upon registration with detailed protocols that everyone must follow. It is recommended that high-risk patrons stay home to stay healthy. We appreciate your cooperation. We will NOT have fitness classes on Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day), Sunday, July 4 (Independence Day), and Sunday, August 1 (SRC Closed Week). There will STILL be fitness classes on Saturday, July 3 and Monday, July 5. FITNESS SCHEDULE This summer, we will have three sessions; separate registrations are required per session. Session 1 (May 10-June 20) and Session 2 (June 21-August 1) will have both in-person and online classes. Session 3 will be a pass system, in which you can attend as many in-person classes as you want from August 2-15. See urec.wsu.edu/fitness for details. All regularly scheduled and special event in-person classes, except Taekwondo, are open to only students and members at this time. All online classes remain FREE to members and non-members with a WSU NID. PICK-2 DISCOUNT Purchase ANY two in-person classes and receive $10 off your purchase! Classes must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount. FREE FITNESS FRIYAY We will be offering FREE fitness classes varying in format every Friday for Session 1. Registration will be open for these classes at the bottom of the webpage at urec.wsu.edu/fitness.
