Based on principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity, CougStrong workouts involve constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities. We will work to set a solid foundation, increase knowledge of fundamental exercises, and improve work capacity, strength, and endurance. Broad and inclusive for all levels and experiences, CougStrong at UREC considers any physical or unknown contingency! Class times and capacity reflect physical distancing guidelines. All patrons will receive a confirmation email upon registration with detailed protocols that everyone must follow. It is recommended that high-risk patrons stay home to stay healthy. We appreciate your cooperation. All fitness classes will STILL happen on January 18 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), February 15 (Presidents’ Day), February 25, March 17, and April 13 (School days-off for students). IN-PERSON SCHEDULE The Spring 2021 Session 1 fitness class schedule for IN-PERSON CLASSES will run January 25-March 14. All in-person classes are FREE during Week of Welcome, January 11-17 and All Access Week, January 18-24; prior, separate registration from Session 1 is required. ONLINE SCHEDULE The Spring 2021 Session 1 fitness class schedule for ONLINE CLASSES will run January 18-March 14. All online classes remain FREE to members and non-members. PICK-2 DISCOUNT Purchase ANY two in-person classes and receive $10 off your purchase! Classes must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount. FREE FITNESS FRIYAY Every Friday (beginning on January 22) we will be offering FREE fitness classes varying in format, both online and in person at the SRC. *In-person FriYAY classes are limited to members at this time.
